Course Outline
Learn the brow essentials for cosmetic tattoo with our beginners cosmetic tattoo brow course. In this class we cover the three main cosmetic tattooing techniques for aspiring cosmetic tattoo brow artists including ombre brows, powder brows and hybrid brows (also known as combination brows).
During the class you will receive personalised feedback and guidance to develop your skills and confidence. We are proud to offer such a unique training experience that helps to develop cosmetic techniques and confidence.
When it comes to becoming a brow tattooing master, our training covers all the fundamentals to set you up with a solid foundation to build upon. Over the course of 5 days, you will deep dive into the world of PMU and Brow Tattooing, learning everything from the history of PMU, colour theory, brow mapping as well as health and safety, client consultations and business basics to ensure that you are confident to start your business immediately upon certification.
- Microblading and Cosmetic Tattooing history and basics.
- Microblading techniques – Head strokes, Lower strokes, Spine lines.
- Powder/Ombre/Combination Brow tattooing techniques.
- Design and artistry using the Golden Ratio eyebrow mapping and measuring application.
- Skin penetration health and safety standards.
- Effective numbing agents and application for client comfort and pain free procedures.
- Practice on exercise mats and live models.
- Pigment theory and application on eyebrows.
- Client consultation, informed consent.
- Aftercare and post treatment advice.
Day 1
On day 1, you will do your theory work from 9am to 3pm with a half hour lunch break at 11.30am.Â

- Learning about the hand tool – micro blade
- Practice above techniques on mannequin

- Correct needle selection

- Live supervised model practice
Day 4
- Correct Consultation
- Colour Theory
- Understanding modifiers and when to use them
- Correct client for what style brows and why
- Live supervised model practice
Day 5
- Perfecting soft and fluffy, bold and defined
- Product knowledge
- Business support and pricing structure for your business
- Correct after care and client education
- Identifying you perfect client
